The RsC consultant roster includes experienced local consultants with professional background in various sectors.

Our international partners are leading global companies with excellent references in international development, private and public sector development, engineering consulting and financial advisory.

There is currently one full time RsC staff member - the company director.

Enes Haracic is co-founder and Managing Partner of Results Consulting where he is responsible for business development and execution. His current interests focus on development projects, renewable energy and the gaining the expertise in PPP model.

Enes has versatile professional experiences in investments, infrastructure, construction industry and media. He worked as an executive in construction industry in Moscow, private equity Associate in Switzerland as well as investment banking Associate with Raiffeisen Bank and supply chain specialist with Coca-Cola HBC in Sarajevo.

Enes holds MA degree in Transnational Communications and Global Media from Goldsmiths College, University of London and MBA degree from MIP Politecnico di Milano. He is an alumnus of UK Chevening Scholarship.

Stephanie Simmonds is co-founder of Results Consulting acting as the adviser - focal point and lead responsibility for M&E capacity building and quality assurance process.

Chris Finucane advises company on client acquisitions, data base and services.
